Once your reservation is confirmed, you may enter through the grand staircase next to the 1F Service Desk or take the accessible elevator to the 2F lobby for ticket validation.

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors, please adhere to our baggage policy: all backpacks (regardless of size) and items exceeding 40 x 30 x 20 cm must be stored in the lockers located in the B1 Lobby or outside the 2F Lobby.
