📍Ticketing Information
🔶For best results when purchasing tickets, we recommend using the latest version of browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
🔷This ticket is valid until December 31, 2026.Please present your electronic ticket (QR Code) and scan it at the designated museum entrance to gain admission.
🔶 After a successful purchase, the electronic ticket (QR Code) can be accessed via “My Orders” after logging into your member account, or through the confirmation email.
🔷Use of this ticket implies agreement to abide by all museum visitation guidelines and regulations.
🔶Online pre-sale tickets are only available in electronic format (QR Code) and cannot be exchanged for physical tickets on-site.

📌Museum opening hours:
▶️ Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
▶️ Weekends and public holidays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
▶️Closed every Monday and from Lunar New Year's Eve to the first day of the Lunar New Year.
▶️Note: If a public holiday falls on a Monday, the museum will remain open and close on the following day instead.
▶️Open as usual during summer/winter vacations, national holidays, and consecutive holidays.

📌In the event of large crowds on holidays or weekends, the museum may implement crowd control measures. Even with a pre-sale ticket, visitors must follow staff instructions and enter in sequence.

🔔To ensure a safe and pleasant visit for all, please comply with the following guidelines(https://ntcart.museum/info):
🔶Please keep your voice down while inside the museum. Set your mobile phone to vibration or silent mode. If you need to take a call, please step outside the galleries.
🔷Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years old.
🔶All backpacks or any item larger than 40x30x20 cm must be checked in. For oversized luggage that won't fit in the lockers, please visit the service desk for assistance.
🔷No food or beverages are allowed in the exhibition areas.
🔶Please refrain from bringing food, long umbrellas, flammable or corrosive liquids, sharp objects, or animals into the museum (service dogs are welcome). Compact umbrellas, water bottles, and personal belongings should be kept in your bag. Plants (including bouquets, fruits, and vegetables) must be checked in. Unclaimed items will be disposed of at the end of the day. Please follow staff instructions regarding items that must be checked in or removed from the museum.

🔶To prevent damage to the exhibits, please refrain from wearing roller shoes or using skateboards, bicycles, or three-wheel pushchairs inside the museum. Wheelchairs and strollers are available at the service desk.
🔷Please do not go shirtless, wear undershirts or house slippers, or dress inappropriately.
🔶To prevent damage to the exhibits, please use pencils only when sketching or taking notes in the galleries. Drawing boards, clipboards, and sketchbooks larger than 40x30x20 cm are not allowed. Pencils are available at the service desk.
🔷Unless otherwise indicated, non-commercial photography is allowed inside the museum. However, flash, tripods, selfie sticks, gimbals, and other professional equipment or accessories are not permitted. To respect the intellectual property rights of the artists, please refrain from video recording video works in the galleries.
🔶Commercial photography (e.g., wedding photos, product catalogs, or photography classes) and any other photography that may disrupt the exhibition's safety or experience are not permitted inside the museum.
🔷Selling goods, distributing advertisements, or engaging in other commercial, religious, or political activities is not allowed inside the museum.
🔶In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), the museum will prioritize visitor safety and reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel its operations and related events. Relevant
announcements will be made in advance. The museum also reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate any event content.

Refund Policy

1. Before purchasing tickets, please review the museum’s announcements regarding eligible discounts or free admission, discount policies, exhibition changes, event cancellations, or space closures. Tickets that have been used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2. Online Ticket Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Online tickets that are unused and not expired may be canceled and refunded online only. No handling fee will be charged.
b. As the online ticketing system does not support order modifications, to change the number of tickets or visit date, please cancel the original order and place a new one.
c. Online tickets are valid only until December 31, 2026. Expired tickets are non-refundable.
4. Tickets that do not meet the refund and exchange conditions outlined above will not be accepted for return or exchange by the museum.
